Happy Wednesday!
Sorry for the delay, my baby boy is sick this week so it’s caused me to push somethings back.
Did you know?
Job stress is a big source of stress in adults!
It increases the chances of…
📌 And negative mental health disorders.
Have you been feeling stressed out lately?
If so, It’s probably because you’re having a hard time separating work from your home life.
I have some tips!
Here are THREE WAYS TO SEPARATE WORK LIFE FROM HOME LIFE!
Don’t mix work with home- When you’re at home, be at home! Try not to check emails or answer business calls.
Find a middle point - A job that’s too challenging will result in overload, and a job that’s not challenging enough will result in boredom. Find a job position that is in the middle.
Do things that give you purpose- Outside of work, do things that give you meaning. Try out a new skill, foster relationships, enhance your self care routine . This will help you to excel, mentally, physically and emotionally.
Doing these quick and easy tips overtime will help you to leave “work” at work, making it so you feel less burnt out and more happier at home.
