Has anyone ever told you that?
🙅 I have been guilty of saying this many times.
Then I realized, having confidence is easier said than done!
Confidence can be really hard for most people!
Even though it’s hard, it’s also very important because… I hate to say it, but if we don’t believe in ourselves then other people won’t either.
➡️ Here are three ways you can build confidence!
Practice-
It’s true that confidence is built on accomplishment. The more practice you have at something, the more confidence you’ll build.
For example, if you want to build confidence in yourself when it comes to a future job, it may be a good idea to intern at a place similar to the job you want to later on get.
Power playlist-
Music makes us feel good! Especially music thats positive and uplifting! If you want to build confidence in yourself at the gym or before an interview, a good idea is to create an uplifting playlist just for that occasion. Then listen to it right before.
Dress it up-
The way we dress really sculpts our attitude. Whenever I do my makeup, and put some sweet perfume on I feel so good and super sexy.
An Honestly Ladies, our men can really tell when we feel good about ourselves!
Use this dynamic in everything you do. I’m not saying you have to exude sexiness. Please don’t get me wrong. I think too much sexiness is not actually sexy… it gets kind of skanky.
But what I am saying is that dressing up nice, or classy, or feminine or if you’re man, having some nice jewelry or cologne on, can really change your mood and help you to exude confidence.
